For the second cover of Crash's ninety-ninth Issue, they chose to make their mark with the iconic Sibyl Buck wearing a Givenchy gown designed by Matthew Williams, immortalized by Olivia Arthur. Sibyl Buck is a symbol of confidence and unconventionality; since the 90s she has personified the grunge and soft punk style of the era. That spirit emerges in this shoot by Arthur, who is best known for her ability to examine people and their personal and cultural identities through her lens.
